July marks the beginning of chaos for our little house hold with 3 little girls with birthdays through July and August I truly feel as though no sooner does one end that another one starts. The first little princess to celebrate is Miss 5.
Buffet Labels for the table were next...
I also ended up printing my own pictures to go on the birthday cake because the figurine sets for cakes are just SO expensive!!
By far the favourite thing I made this year would have to have been the Rapunzel cake, she LOVED it which made the hours of punching out tiny little flowers all worth while (Don't ask me to do it again though!) Another favorited was the icecream cone cupcakes complete with 'pascal' flags.
These were SUPER easy to make, I simply used a packet cake mix and spooned the mixture into the cone, popped them in the oven just like I would a normal cupcake. Once baked I cut the cake level with the cone and piped some coloured ready made Betty Crocker frosting on top and finished with some sprinkles!! DONE & DONE!
I also made a paper name bunting banner for the party. It is now proudly hung in her bedroom! Miss 5 got lots of presents this year but she just ADORED the special picture her big sister drew for her, her Tangled doll set and of course her blackboard which is actually pink!!
I just can't believe how big Savanah is... a big school girl next year too!! She is such a funny little soul! When I asked her to smile for the camera she couldn't help but strike a 'pose' LOL
P.s. I forgot to mention, I got the printable Rapunzel centrepiece from HERE.
